The office of City Clerk is the oldest among public servants, extending to ancient times, and exists today as a vital part of local government around the world. 

We are committed to open public government and to serving you.  Our mission is to facilitate communication, information sharing and participation by citizens in their municipal government while providing a necessary link between the legislative and administrative functions of the city.

The City Clerk’s office is responsible for maintaining all official City records in compliance with State, Federal, and Local regulations.
