Committees

Finance Committee

The City of Tenino Finance Committee is concerned with all of the financial affairs of our city. Committee members work diligently to review the annual budget as well as recommend upcoming budgets. It makes recommendations on the financing of city undertakings and the improvement of the financial condition of the city. This committee also makes recommendations regarding the re-appropriation of funds, considering ways in which the city could obtain additional sources of revenue or additional revenue from existing sources.

Our meetings are of public record. You are welcome to review our minutes and give us your feedback.

Safety Committee

The safety committee meets as required to address issues that arise that are related to the public safety. This committee is composed of representatives from the City Council, the Police Department, Public Works, and the general public.

Wellness Committee

Our wellness committee meets regularly to encourage our community to enjoy a healthier lifestyle. Whether it be through regular exercise routines, active recreational activities, healthy eating, or regular physical and dental checkups, The City of Tenino Wellness Committee actively works to make it easier (and more fun) for you to choose healthy living.
